Returns & Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At CocosBotanica, your satisfaction is paramount. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied.

2. Return Duration

Customers can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving them.

3. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

In the rare instance your product arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 daysof receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Return Shipping

To return your product, please use the contact form and we will arrange for a Ninja Van driver to collect the item from you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item if it is determined that the item is not defective or damaged.

9. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot offer a return or refund in the following situations:

  • Products without a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products that have been opened or tampered with
  • Returns beyond 14 days from when the item was delivered
  • Gift cards
