Q: Who can join the CocosBotanica Consumer Panel Program?
A: The program is open to people aged 18 years and older who reside in Singapore. Whether you’re a skin care novice or a seasoned enthusiast / dermatologist, if you’re passionate about skin care, we want you on our panel. All we ask for is your honest feedback and a commitment to try our products regularly.
Q: What is the CocosBotanica Early Consumer Panel Program?
A: The program is a way for us to gather valuable feedback on our new body scrubs and serums. Testers will receive a free product to try for a period of two months, and in return, we ask that they provide honest feedback on a weekly basis.
Q: How long does the program last?
A: The program lasts for two months.
Q: Will I need to pay for the product?
A: As part of the Early Consumer Test Program, you will receive the products for free in exchange for your honest feedback.
Q: What if I have an adverse reaction to the product?
A: If you experience any adverse reactions, please discontinue use immediately and consult with a healthcare professional. Be sure to report any reactions to us as well.
Q: How often will I need to provide feedback?
A: We ask that you provide feedback once every week for the duration of the two-month program.
Q: How will I submit my feedback?
A: We will provide an online form where you can submit your feedback.
Q: What happens after the two-month testing period?
A: After the testing period, we will collect all feedback for product improvement. You may be contacted for further comments or clarification on your feedback. Your feedback will help shape the final products so you play an important role in what we produce.
Q: Am I guaranteed acceptance into the Consumer Panel Program?
A: Acceptance to the program is at the discretion of CocosBotanica and is dependent on how many participants already in the program and the demographics filled.
